Once you have collected your luggage, follow your driver's instructions towards the Transport Interchange or the specifically agreed collection area.
Connected to the terminal by a covered pedestrian bridge. The airport's Drop Off & Pick Up area is on the top level of the multi-storey car park. Your actual collection location depends on the vehicle and booking arrangements.
Please message your driver once you have collected all your bags. Do not wait on the roadway or in a restricted stopping area.

Will my driver meet me inside the airport terminal?
Meet & Greet is an optional service you can book. If included, we will confirm the terminal meeting arrangements. Otherwise, please follow the collection instructions sent by your driver.
How will I receive my driver’s details?
We send automated emails containing your allocated driver’s details. Please check your inbox, including your junk folder, and keep your phone available for any collection updates.
What should I do after collecting my luggage?
Message your driver and check your confirmed meeting instructions. If you are unsure where to go, remain in a safe public area and contact the driver before moving.
What if my flight is delayed?
Provide your flight number and let us know about any changes. We will do our best to adjust collection arrangements, subject to driver availability and your booking terms.
Is airport waiting time included?
For airport collections, Alfa Travel Solutions normally includes 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time. Additional waiting may be charged at £20 per hour under the booking terms. Check your confirmation for the applicable starting point and conditions.
