Alfa Travel Solutions Ltd Terms & Conditions

By completing a booking and using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before confirming your journey.

These Terms & Conditions, together with your booking confirmation, form the agreement between you and Alfa Travel Solutions Ltd.

  1. Booking Confirmation

    You will receive an automatic confirmation email upon successful payment. You are responsible for verifying all details and notifying us immediately of any issues. Please note that long-distance journeys paid in cash must be confirmed directly with our office via phone prior to travel. Bookings cannot be confirmed with drivers directly, as assignments may change at short notice.

  2. Journey Planning

    Please allow sufficient time for check-in and possible traffic delays. We are not liable for missed flights or appointments due to insufficient travel time or late readiness at pickup.

  3. Passenger Responsibilities

    Passengers must be ready at the scheduled pickup time. Contact Alfa Travel Solutions or your driver if you experience delays or need assistance. If no contact is made within the allowed waiting time, the booking will be marked as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

  4. Vehicle Suitability

    You must book a suitable vehicle for the number of passengers and luggage. We cannot guarantee transport for undeclared or excessive luggage.

  5. Waiting Time Policy

    Airport pickups include 45 minutes free waiting from the actual landing time. After that, a charge of £20 per hour applies, billed in 15-minute increments. Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes free waiting. Failure to make contact within these timeframes will be treated as a no-show with no refund.

  6. Flight Monitoring & Diversions

    We monitor flights to accommodate delays. If your flight is diverted to another airport, the original booking will be cancelled with no refund. A new booking and payment are required for further service.

  7. Amendments & Extra Charges

    Changes such as extra stops, extra mileage, or additional waiting time may result in extra charges as per our pricing structure.

  8. Cancellations & Refunds

    • More than 24 hours notice: £10 or 10% fee (whichever is greater).
    • 12–24 hours notice: £30 cancellation fee.
    • Less than 12 hours: full charge applies, no refund.
    We reserve the right to cancel services with a full refund in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, war, emergencies, etc.).

  9. Delays & Breakdowns

    We aim to be punctual, but are not responsible for delays caused by traffic or events beyond our control. In case of breakdown or delay, we will attempt to arrange an alternative vehicle. If you leave the pickup point without informing us, we are not liable for compensation or reimbursement.

  10. Subcontractors

    We may use trusted subcontractors or partner companies to fulfill bookings.

  11. Behaviour & Conduct

    We reserve the right to refuse service to passengers under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or those displaying abusive behaviour. Journeys may be terminated immediately with no refund in cases of inappropriate conduct.

  12. Child Seats

    All children count as one passenger regardless of age. If you require a child seat, please inform us at booking. You may bring your own seat but must install it yourself.

  13. Food, Drink & Smoking

    Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted in our vehicles.

  14. Luggage & Personal Belongings

    All items are transported at the passenger’s own risk. Passengers are responsible for loading and unloading luggage. We are not liable for lost or damaged property.

  15. Receipts

    Electronic receipts are available on request and may take up to 2 working days. Drivers may provide a basic written receipt on request.

  16. Agreement

    These Terms & Conditions, together with your booking confirmation, constitute the full agreement between you and Alfa Travel Solutions Ltd. Use of our services signifies acceptance of these terms.

  17. Contractual Relationship

    Alfa Travel Solutions Ltd acts solely as a booking intermediary. When placing a booking, you enter directly into a contract for transportation services with the assigned driver or service provider. Alfa Travel Solutions manages and coordinates the booking on your behalf, but the transportation service itself is supplied by the driver. Any claims relating to the service provided during the journey should be addressed to the driver or service provider. Alfa Travel Solutions may, at its discretion, assist in resolving disputes but is not liable for the actions, conduct, or performance of the service provider.

  18. Agreement

    These Terms & Conditions, together with your booking confirmation, constitute the full agreement between you and Alfa Travel Solutions Ltd in its capacity as booking intermediary. Use of our services signifies acceptance of these terms and acknowledgement of the direct contractual relationship between you and the assigned driver/service provider.
